Cilantro Chimichurri
In a food processor, pulse together:
1 1/2 cup cilantro
6 cloves garlic, peeled
3 tablespoons fresh oregano
4 green onions
Juice of 2 limes
1 serrano pepper, seeded
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded
Pour mixture into small mixing bowl and stir in:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
pinch of salt
And you've got chimichurri! Top chicken, fish, steak, use with a cheese board, dip for chips, spread over nachos, possibilities are endless!
