Balsamic Glazed Brussels

The side you never knew you needed. (But... trust me, you totally need them.)

You'll Need:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


For the glaze:

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey


Mix:

Brussels, pomegranate arils, honey, vinegar and olive oil


Pop:

It all into a 400F oven for 35 minutes


Meanwhile:

Whisk and simmer balsamic vinegar and honey in a saucepan over medium for 5 minutes until it reduces into a thick glaze


Top:

Brussels and pomegranate arils with glaze
