Bruschetta

You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 2 tablespoons basil, sliced into thin strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • Pinch of crushed red pepper

Toss:

All ingredients into a bowl

Mix:

It allllll up

Cover:

And refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Serve:

Over crostini, use as a pizza sauce, toss some fresh pasta in it….
