Garlic + Ginger Edamame

You’ll Need:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • 2 garlic cloves, grated

  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 package frozen edamame in pods

  • 1/4 (+) teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • Sea Salt To Taste

Heat:

large skillet over medium heat

Melt:

butter in skillet

Toast:

sesame seeds until golden

Add:

ginger and garlic

Cook:

and stir until fragrant

Splash:

soy sauce into the pan

Pour:

in the chicken broth

Simmer:

then add edamame pods and crushed red pepper flakes

Cover:

and simmer about 5-6 minutes

Stir:

remove from heat and add to a bowl

Sprinkle:

sea salt to taste
