Grilled Chops
The secret is the marinade.
You’ll Need:
4-6 pork chops (I used boneless, it keeps the cook time down)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 1/2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix:
Olive oil, soy sauce, worcestershire, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, sage, ground mustard, rosemary, and salt and pepper together in a small bowl, set aside
Rinse:
Chops under cold water
Place:
Chops in a gallon ziptop bag
Pour:Y
Marinade over the top of the chops
Shake:
Bag so that chops are evenly coated in marinade
Pop:
The bag into the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half (Up to overnight)
Light:
Your grill
Place:
Pork chops directly onto the grill grates
Pour:
Extra marinade over top
Cover:
And cook 4 minutes
Flip:
And cook an additional 2 minutes (Grill times will vary, use this as a guide and check with a meat thermometer. Pork is done when the internal temperature reads 145F)
Pull:
Chops off the grill
