You’ll Need:

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix:

Olive oil, soy sauce, worcestershire, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, sage, ground mustard, rosemary, and salt and pepper together in a small bowl, set aside

Chops under cold water

Place:

Chops in a gallon ziptop bag

Pour:Y

Marinade over the top of the chops

Shake:

Bag so that chops are evenly coated in marinade

Pop:

The bag into the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half (Up to overnight)

Your grill

Place:

Pork chops directly onto the grill grates

Extra marinade over top

And cook an additional 2 minutes (Grill times will vary, use this as a guide and check with a meat thermometer. Pork is done when the internal temperature reads 145F)
