Buffalo Chicken Dip

It’s basically the best.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 sweet onion, diced

  • 5 ribs celery, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese, cubed

  • 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese, your choice)

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Melt:

Butter in a sauce pan

Sauté:

Onion, garlic, and celery

Add:

Cream cheese, ranch dressing and Franks Red Hot

Mix:

Until smooth

Remove:

From heat

Add:

Remaining ingredients

Pour:

Into a shallow baking dish

Top:

With an extra spinkle of cheese, and two sliced green onions

Bake:

At 350F for 35 minutes

Dip:

Your favorite chips, or carrots and celery into the dip
