Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki
You're going to need:
1/4 cup Bragg Live Foods Liquid Aminos
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon Bragg Live Foods Nutritional Yeast
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon grated garlic
Whisk:
Over medium heat.
Bring to simmer and whisk constantly about 3-5 minutes.
That's it for the sauce! Set aside, or refrigerate for later use!
Now, for the other good stuff.
Spread:
(onto a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray)
4 cups chicken, sliced
2 cups broccoli crowns, chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
Slather:
Everything with about 3/4 of the sauce.
Pop:
That pan into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Stir a couple times to ensure even cooking.
Pull:
Sheet pan out of the oven
Pour a little sauce over the top
Sprinkle some fresh cilantro (and maybe some sriracha?!)
