Gluten-Free Sheet Pan Chicken Teriyaki

You're going to need:

  • 1/4 cup Bragg Live Foods Liquid Aminos

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 teaspoon Bragg Live Foods Nutritional Yeast

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic


Whisk:

  • Over medium heat.

  • Bring to simmer and whisk constantly about 3-5 minutes.


That's it for the sauce! Set aside, or refrigerate for later use!


Now, for the other good stuff.


Spread:

(onto a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray)

  • 4 cups chicken, sliced

  • 2 cups broccoli crowns, chopped

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 2 carrots, sliced


Slather:

  • Everything with about 3/4 of the sauce.


Pop:

  • That pan into a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

  • Stir a couple times to ensure even cooking.


Pull:

  • Sheet pan out of the oven

  • Pour a little sauce over the top

  • Sprinkle some fresh cilantro (and maybe some sriracha?!)
