Sriracha Butter Steak Bites
You'll Need:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoons Sriracha Butter (You can find the recipe here!)
2 lbs sirloin, cut into strips or cubed
1 sweet onions, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
3/4 pound asparagus (This doesn't have to be exact. This is just the approximate weight of the bundles of asparagus I use.)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Juice of one lime
Sliced green onions for garnish
To Get Started:
Generously season steak bites with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil over medium high in a large deep skillet.
Throw in steak bites and quickly sear. (About 3-5 minutes.)
Remove from heat and set aside.
Now:
Turn heat down to medium, add 2 tablespoons Sriracha Butter, and asparagus.
Cook in butter about 3 minutes, and then add in the onions and peppers.
Allow to cook about 4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Push vegetables to the side, add in steak, and remaining two tablespoons of butter.
Stir well to evenly coat the steak bites in the butter.
Remove from heat:
Squeeze fresh lime juice and sprinkle some fresh ground black pepper and green onions over top.
