Sriracha Butter Steak Bites

You'll Need:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha Butter (You can find the recipe here!)

  • 2 lbs sirloin, cut into strips or cubed

  • 1 sweet onions, sliced into strips

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

  • 3/4 pound asparagus (This doesn't have to be exact. This is just the approximate weight of the bundles of asparagus I use.)

  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  • Juice of one lime

  • Sliced green onions for garnish

To Get Started:

  • Generously season steak bites with salt and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil over medium high in a large deep skillet.

  • Throw in steak bites and quickly sear. (About 3-5 minutes.)

  • Remove from heat and set aside.

Now:

  • Turn heat down to medium, add 2 tablespoons Sriracha Butter, and asparagus.

  • Cook in butter about 3 minutes, and then add in the onions and peppers.

  • Allow to cook about 4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.

  • Push vegetables to the side, add in steak, and remaining two tablespoons of butter.

  • Stir well to evenly coat the steak bites in the butter.

Remove from heat:

Squeeze fresh lime juice and sprinkle some fresh ground black pepper and green onions over top.

Enjoy!
