One Pan Buffalo Chicken Pasta

You're gonna need:

  • 3 teaspoons grated garlic

  • 4 sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 1/4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 16 ounces pasta

  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes

  • 1 cup Franks Red Hot

  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

In a large deep skillet over medium high heat:

  • Melt butter and add garlic and green onions.

  • Saute for about 2-3 minutes.

  • Add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth, set other cup aside.

  • Add 1 1/2 cup milk. Stir well, bring to simmer.

  • Add uncooked pasta and stir.

  • Cover with lid and allow to simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Remove lid, add remaining ingredients (including remaining 1 cup chicken broth) and stir well.

  • Allow to cook about 3-5 minutes more, until chicken is heated through.

  • Garnish with an extra drizzle of ranch and a few sliced green onions.

  • Take a bite. Have an extreme sigh of deliciousness.

  • Repeat.
