One Pan Buffalo Chicken Pasta
You're gonna need:
3 teaspoons grated garlic
4 sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups milk
16 ounces pasta
3 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup Franks Red Hot
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1 teaspoon pepper
In a large deep skillet over medium high heat:
Melt butter and add garlic and green onions.
Saute for about 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth, set other cup aside.
Add 1 1/2 cup milk. Stir well, bring to simmer.
Add uncooked pasta and stir.
Cover with lid and allow to simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid, add remaining ingredients (including remaining 1 cup chicken broth) and stir well.
Allow to cook about 3-5 minutes more, until chicken is heated through.
Garnish with an extra drizzle of ranch and a few sliced green onions.
Take a bite. Have an extreme sigh of deliciousness.
Repeat.
