Ranch Chicken

It’s low on carbs and big on flavor.

You’ll Need:

4 Chicken Breasts, butterflied in half

1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, fresh grated

4 slices thick cut bacon, diced and fried

4 green onions, sliced

Get Cooking:

  1. Season chicken breasts with ranch packet, paprika, cayenne, pepper, and olive oil

  2. Place into 9x13 baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray

  3. Sprinkle 1/3 of total grated cheese over the top

  4. Pop into a 350F oven for 18 minutes

  5. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese, cooked bacon and green onions

  6. Pop back into oven for 15 minutes

  7. Enjoy!
