Roasted Garlic
It’s really good with like, everything.
You’ll Need:
Garlic
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Preheat:
Oven to 400F
Slice:
Tops off bulbs of garlic
Place:
Garlic on a sheet of foil
Drizzle:
Garlic generously with olive oil
Sprinkle:
Salt and pepper to season
Wrap:
Garlic up in foil to make a packet
Roast:
On center rack for 45 minutes to 1 hour
Cool:
In foil packet on counter about 5-10 minutes
Squeeze:
Garlic out of bulb from the bottom (It should come out like a paste)
Use:
In your favorite recipes, or even as a spread on toast
