Sesame Noodles

You can use your favorite kind of noodles. I used spaghetti for these photos. (Rice noodles are great, too.)

You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz. pasta

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground garlic

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 4 sliced green onions

Mix:

Soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl

Cook:

Pasta according to package directions

Drain:

Pasta

Melt:

Butter in a skillet

Add:

Sauce

Pour:

Pasta into skillet

Mix:

Together until well combined

Garnish:

With green onions and sesame seeds

Enjoy!

**note: If you’re sensitive to salt I recommend using low sodium soy sauce. You can also add two tablespoons of brown sugar to temper the soy sauce taste and add a sweeter element to the sauce.
