Shrimp Teriyaki Bowls

I could eat like, five.

You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

For the Bowls:

Cooked Jasmine Rice

Fresh Steamed Broccoli

Fresh Pineapple

Sesame Seeds

Sliced Scallions

Crushed Red Pepper

Your Favorite Teriyaki Sauce

Season:

Shrimp with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, avocado oil, and sesame oil

Chill:

Shrimp in seasonings for 30 minutes to 1 hour while you prepare rice, broccoli, pineapple, etc.

Place:

Shrimp into hot skillet

Sear:

On each side until pink and opaque

Assemble:

Bowls by filling with rice, adding shrimp, broccoli, and pineapple. Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the top. Sprinkle sesame seeds, crushed red pepper, and scallions
