Tzatziki

The best dip. Maybe ever.

You’ll Need:

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated

  • 1 1/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt

  • 3 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Squeeze:

Excess moisture out of grated cucumber by placing it in a doubled paper towel, wrapping it up, and squeezing

Add:

All ingredients to a bowl and whisk well

Top:

With an additional drizzle of olive oil, fresh dill, and lemon zest

Cover:

Then place in refrigerator & chill for at least one hour (Because you deserve it.)
