Sriracha Butter Fried Egg Toast

Spicy and good.

You’ll Need:

  • Sriracha Butter (recipe here)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 english muffin, split in two

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • Crushed red pepper, to taste

  • Chili powder, to taste

Heat:

A skillet over medium heat

Butter:

English muffin generously with sriracha butter

Toast:

Until desired golden color

Remove:

From Pan, Set aside on plate

Melt:

Generous amount of sriracha butter in skillet

Crack:

Two eggs into buttered skillet

Sprinkle:

With chili powder to taste

Fry:

Until edges of eggs start to crisp up

Mash:

Avocado

Spread:

On top of English muffins

Top:

With crushed red pepper flakes

Place:

Fried eggs on top
