Sriracha Butter
A few notes:
I like to make mine in big batches so that I have some on hand.
It freezes well, and I like to store mine in glass ramekins.
When you grate your onion, make sure to squeeze out the excess liquid before putting it in the pan. Too much liquid and your butter won't set properly.
If you wanna make this Keto Friendly, I recommend adding Stevia instead of honey.

In a saucepan melt together:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1/4 cup sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon grated garlic
2 teaspoons grated onion (with excess moisture squeezed out)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Whisk over low about 5 minutes
Pour into glass container with lid.
Let cool, then refrigerate (or freeze!) until ready to use.
