Sriracha Butter

A few notes:

  • I like to make mine in big batches so that I have some on hand.

  • It freezes well, and I like to store mine in glass ramekins.

  • When you grate your onion, make sure to squeeze out the excess liquid before putting it in the pan. Too much liquid and your butter won't set properly.

  • If you wanna make this Keto Friendly, I recommend adding Stevia instead of honey.


Allllriiiiight. Let's go!


In a saucepan melt together:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup sriracha

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon grated garlic

  • 2 teaspoons grated onion (with excess moisture squeezed out)

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Whisk over low about 5 minutes

Pour into glass container with lid.

Let cool, then refrigerate (or freeze!) until ready to use.
